Specialist Disability Accommodation

Guidance for people exploring Specialist Disability Accommodation, shared living options and high-support housing pathways.

SDA support at home

Specialist Disability Accommodation is for eligible NDIS participants who need a home designed for significant functional impairment or very high support needs. We help families understand the pathway and connect housing decisions with day-to-day support planning.

Every plan is shaped around the person receiving support. We take time to understand what a good day looks like, where help is genuinely useful, and how to preserve independence rather than take it away.

You can use these supports as a regular service, a short-term bridge after a change in health, or as a top-up alongside existing funded care. We keep pricing, schedules and responsibilities clear before services begin.
