Our commitment

We are committed to delivering services safely, ethically and with respect for the rights, dignity and choices of every person we support.

What you can expect from our people

  • Act with honesty, integrity and transparency
  • Respect privacy, culture, identity and personal choice
  • Provide supports safely, competently and with care
  • Take action on concerns about quality or safety
  • Never engage in, or tolerate, abuse, neglect or exploitation

Speaking up

Anyone — clients, families, workers or members of the community — can raise a concern about conduct or quality. Concerns can be raised without fear of losing services or of any other retribution. {{COMPLAINTS_PROCESS}}

How concerns are handled

We take every concern seriously, look into it promptly and keep the person who raised it informed where appropriate. Where an external body has jurisdiction, we cooperate fully with its processes.
