Yes. We can explain how the scheme works, point you to the right access channels and help you prepare for planning conversations. Eligibility decisions are made by the NDIA, not by providers.
It determines who pays provider invoices: the NDIA directly, a plan manager, or you. We support all three arrangements and can explain what each means for your choice of providers.
We provide clear statements for the supports we deliver and can flag with you if usage is tracking faster than expected, so there are no surprises at plan review time.
Of course. Your plan is yours, and many participants mix providers. We are happy to coordinate with the others in your team.
