Day Centre & Social Programs

Good company, great activities and a hot lunch. Our day centre programs give older people a lively day out and their carers a well-earned break.

Loneliness can creep up on anyone, and it is one of the biggest health risks facing older Australians. Our day centre programs are the antidote: a warm, welcoming place filled with conversation, activities and friendships that carry on well beyond the front door.

Each day is different. There might be gentle exercise in the morning, a shared lunch, then art, music, games or a guest speaker in the afternoon. Activities are planned around what the group actually enjoys, and there is never any pressure to join in more than you want to.

For family carers, centre days are a reliable, guilt-free break. You know your loved one is somewhere safe and genuinely having a good time, supported by staff trained in aged care and dementia support.
